Custom Wood Furniture Finisher - Full Time - Manufacturing

AAI an industrial leader in custom wood furnishings for the hotel and hospitality market is
searching for a Custom Wood Furniture Finisher in our Finishing Department. In this position the
right candidate will be involved in the process of producing finish samples to match our
customers specs. as well as oversee all our small run orders. AAI offers and excellent working
environment as well as competitive wages and benefits.


Mixing stains to match custom specifications.
Small run production and sample furniture finishing.
Maintaining finishing formula library.
Interact with other managers on Pre-Production and production preparations.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Estimator - Full Time - Manufacturing

AAI is a mid to high end woodworking furniture manufacturer specializing in the
hospitality/gaming industry. The right candidate will have experience with wood
furniture/casegoods/seating for estimating and compiling bills of material for bid purposes and
purchasing. The candidate should have good computer skills.


Analyze and prepare "take offs" of a project from sketches, CADS, blue prints and other
documentation to prepare cost estimates and bills of material, including labor and material cost
to establish a selling price.
Provide cost estimates for projects during design development stage.
Prepare bid cost breakdowns for project proposals.
Prepare initial project bid and budget.
Compile and reference raw material vendor quotations.
Responsible for incoming bids, preparing proposals, and meeting deadlines.
Identify, analyze and provide innovative alternatives for possible value engineering of cost.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, Outlook Express, Live Email.
Auto CAD Experience 2003 or higher helpful.
